We are seeking an accomplished Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month end close activities: Ensure all financial statements are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
- Day-to-day transactions: Process and reconcile all company transactions in a timely manner.
- Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Ad-hoc queries: Assist internal stakeholders with any ad-hoc queries or requests.
- Fixed asset register: Review and reconcile the fixed asset register on a monthly basis.
- Audit coordination: Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely closure of audits.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Statutory Reporting.
- Technology experience: Preferred experience in a technology company, particularly with subscription or SaaS business.
- MNC experience: Proven experience in MNC environment and knowledge of Finance and Accounting in other markets.
- Closing process: Experience managing the month end close process with a close cycle of 4 business days or less.
- Accounting standards: Knowledge/experience in Accounting Standards: U.S. GAAP or IGAAP.
- Excel skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel features and functionalities.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
