Expert Chemist for Large Language Model Fine-Tuning

This is a role that involves working on projects to fine-tune large language models using strong analytical and English comprehension skills. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in Chemistry, comparable to engineering entrance exams, and graduate or PhD-level programs.
- The ideal candidate should be able to break down complex chemistry problems into simple explanations and work efficiently.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Advanced chemistry problem-solving including undergraduate and graduate level questions, and creating detailed explanations.
Examples of Tasks:
- Analyzing and explaining organic reaction mechanisms with textual explanations and annotated chemical structures.
- Solving chemical equilibrium problems with visual representations and explanations.
- Addressing challenging stoichiometry, thermodynamics, and organic chemistry problems.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and annotations.
- Creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Desktop/Laptop with good internet connection.
Only candidates who have completed or are pursuing a Ph.D. are eligible for this position.
