Key Position: Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled software development lead to oversee our software projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle, creating program specifications, designing and developing applications with a broad understanding of various languages and architectures.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing moderately complex code using front-end and back-end programming languages within multiple platforms as needed.
  • Designing, creating and delivering program specifications for code development and support on multiple projects.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of analysis, modification and development of complex code unit testing.
  • Performing and advising on testing, validation requirements and corrective measures for complex code deficiencies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Typically minimum of 6 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing and analyzing data.
  • Advanced knowledge and use of two or more opposing front-end/back-end languages technologies from the following: modern programming languages used in the enterprise, APIs, external services, relational and NoSQL databases.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Operational skills including Linux distributions, operating systems, database design, back-end technologies, front-end technologies, development tools, mobile development and machine learning.
