Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:- Credit Policy Adherence: Ensure that all credit policies and defined processes are strictly adhered to, including timely TAT management, PD TAT, CAM quality, and Fraud Risk Management.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Operations team for efficient disbursal and PDD process management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports, including Daily Login MIS, Disbursal MIS, and other required management reports.
- Financial Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial spreadsheets, providing insightful analysis on key metrics.
- Risk Assessment: Generate Cibil reports, conduct Google checks, and perform other related risk assessments.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with various vendors, including CPV Agency, FCU Agency, and ROC Search Agency, to ensure effective vendor TAT management.
- Repayment Tracking: Monitor banking and repayment activities, as well as prepare CAM reports.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining financial records and reporting.
