Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Solutions Expert with strong expertise in S/4HANA, SAP SD, and SAP MM. This role involves delivering end-to-end SAP retail solutions, managing implementations, supporting transformation projects, and integrating with legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SAP IS Retail solutions with integration across SD, MM, and legacy systems.

- Drive the end-to-end configuration and deployment of SAP retail functionalities including Merchandising, Assortment, Listing, and Pricing.

- Perform data migration activities from legacy platforms to S/4HANA.

- Ensure solution design aligns with business requirements and SAP standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in SAP systems.

- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide documentation, testing, and deployment support.

- Stay updated on latest SAP retail and S/4HANA trends.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM with 5+ years in SAP IS Retail projects (implementation/support).

- Strong understanding of S/4HANA Retail - especially Simple SCM, Sales Order, Billing, Deliveries, Goods Issue, and SD Master Data.

- Hands-on experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Listing, and Retail Pricing.

- Experience with data migration to S/4HANA environments.

- Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Retail and legacy systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex business and technical issues.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with SAP WM / EWM modules.

- S/4HANA transformation or greenfield implementation exposure.

- Familiarity with project methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or APICS certifications.

- Prior experience working in retail or consumer goods industry domains.
