Job Title: Philanthropy Specialist

Seeking a results-driven philanthropy specialist to lead fundraising initiatives for projects supporting persons with disabilities.

The successful candidate will develop and implement annual fundraising plans, identify and secure funding from corporate social responsibility programs, high net worth individuals, foundations, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans for specially abled projects
• Identify and secure funding opportunities from corporates, HNIs, foundations, and institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through proposals, reports, and engagement
• Collaborate with CSR heads and grant-making agencies to explore new opportunities
• Design impactful fundraising campaigns and communication materials
• Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or Business Administration
• 5-8 years of proven fundraising experience, preferably in specially abled projects
• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and donor engagement skills
• Ability to network with senior stakeholders and deliver results
• Commitment to inclusion and empowerment of specially abled individuals

Interested candidates should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.

A strong understanding of fundraising strategies and tactics is essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Candidates should also be proficient in project management tools and software, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
