Job Requirements:

  • Project Management Expertise:

Possess relevant experience in effectively managing interior fit-out projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Educational Background:

Hold a degree in Engineering or Architecture, with a Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management being highly desirable.

  • Trades and Subcontractor Knowledge:

Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, with a focus on site management and vendor relationships.

  • Technological Proficiency:

Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
