Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Identity Platforms: Manage and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, to ensure seamless access and authentication.
  • Implement RBAC Policies: Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems to ensure secure and efficient access management.
  • Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies to identify potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with Security Architects: Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with organizational security standards.
  • Support Audits and Compliance: Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Remediate Security Risks: Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.
  • Develop Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards to ensure consistency and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID: Proven experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Identity Reporting and Analytics: Strong understanding of identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews.
  • Knowledge of Identity Architecture and Protocols: In-depth knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Managing RBAC Models: Experience managing RBAC models to ensure secure and efficient access management.
  • Identity Security Principles: Strong knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.
Nice to Have:
  • Azure IAM Features: Experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Cloud Identity Integrations: Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting or automation languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Azure DLP Experience: Familiarity with Azure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and its integration with identity management systems.
