Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, working closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to integrate inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
