Job Title : Tosca Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced automation professional with deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in API and Web UI testing, CI/CD integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

  1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca Commander.
  2. Create and manage reusable test modules, libraries, and test data.
  3. Integrate Tosca tests into CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
  4. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into automated test cases.
  5. Implement and manage test data using external tools.
  6. Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing within Agile sprints.
  7. Perform root cause analysis of failed tests and log defects in tools such as JIRA, ALM, or XRay.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Strong expertise in Tosca Modules, TestCases, Requirements, TestSheets, ExecutionLists, and Tosca Commander.
  • Hands-on experience with API Testing, Web UI Testing, and Database Testing using Tosca.
  • Familiarity with Tosca Query Language (TQL); experience with Tosca BI/DS is a plus.
  • Experience with test data management tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, XRay, and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Certifications :

  • Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2 certification.
  • Knowledge of additional automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT) and programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
