About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's platform capabilities (Flow Designer, Scripting, Integration Hub).
  • Configure and maintain LDAP integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities.
  • Document all development work and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to other team members.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and consulting.
  • Strong skills in ServiceNow core modules: Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and LDAP integrations.
  • Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
  • Experience configuring LDAP integrations with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD) are highly desirable.
