Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Management Specialist to drive sales and fundraising efforts for our AIFs and real estate-focused financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key channel partners, wealth managers, and financial distributors to optimize fund distribution and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising and sales initiatives for AIFs and structured real estate investment products
  • Develop and manage relationships with wealth managers, financial distributors, and channel partners
  • Strategize and implement business development plans to expand investor reach
  • Provide insights and advisory support to channel partners on product positioning and market trends
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive fundraising success

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in channel management, financial product sales, or fundraising
  • Strong network with wealth managers, financial distributors, and investment advisors
  • Deep understanding of AIFs, PMS, and structured real estate investments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • MBA or equivalent degree in finance, business, or related fields preferred
