Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Brand Director to lead our brand strategy and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective brand programs that drive business growth and improve market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that meet business goals
  • Collaborate with innovation teams to develop new product initiatives and extensions
  • Manage external interfaces with agencies and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in brand management with a minimum of 3 years in brand equity
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business KPIs
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field
