Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Architect to create functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

As an Architect for Workplace Interiors, you will be responsible for designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
  • Develop detailed design documentation using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D)
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards
  • Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time, maintaining productivity and quality targets
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style
