Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Manager to join our team at Rubrik. As a key member of our HR Operations leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our global data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain Workday data, including data imports, exports, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system procedures and functions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report on data quality and compliance metrics.
  • Participate in project teams to implement upgrades, new module roll-outs, and data loads.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for team processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR/HRIS experience, including 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Expertise in Workday HR, including report writing and Google Forms.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and motivate direct reports.
