    This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive disaster recovery architectures and high-availability systems.

    Key responsibilities include developing and executing technology infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, providing hands-on technical depth for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades, and operational troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration with business applications.

 

**Requirements and Qualifications**

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 15+ years' total US healthcare experience, including 5+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise ERP environment.

    • Experience of leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multicounty setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirements, managing data protection, etc.

    • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft stacks.

    • Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.

    • Experience with regulatory compliance issues and best practices in application and network security.
