Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to drive the development of impactful visual communications that reflect our company values and resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in visual storytelling, branding & identity design, digital & print design, typography & layout, color theory & aesthetics, and Adobe Creative Suite. The successful individual will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design logos and brand identities that reflect our company values and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends.
  • Design communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.

Requirements:

  • 0.5–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered)
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Figma / Canva / CorelDRAW for quick design tasks
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
