The Role

We are seeking a creative, fast, and self-sufficient Content Creator who can take ownership of the entire creative process.

This role involves brainstorming fresh ideas and turning them into engaging content for social media channels.

  • Conceptualization & Ideation: Develop original content ideas that align with messaging goals.
  • Hands-On Creation: Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure content accuracy and alignment with overall objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of 1-3 years as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
  • Mastery of Canva or similar design tools.
  • Video editing skills using mobile-first apps.
  • An intuitive understanding of what works on different social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indian politics and current affairs.

If you have:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Previous experience creating content in a media setting.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
