Job Title: Commercial Contract Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Interpreting contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Vendor Procurement: Assisting clients with vendor procurement, including verifying contractor bills and presenting project cost information.
  • Project Billing: Managing project billing and compliance works, including processing contractor bills.
  • Cost Management: Presenting project cost information to clients and ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or graduate degree in Cost Management.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in a construction consultancy, preferably in India or abroad.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception to completion, and excellent technical skills in Cost X, MS Excel, and other related software.
