Culinary Artist

Our Sushi outlet is designed to bring the art of Japanese sushi closer to the vibrant and growing community of young professionals, food enthusiasts, and families in the city's tech hub.

We aim to offer a sushi experience that is both authentic and approachable. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team at VYANNJAN located in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes.

• Experience in Sushi preparation and presentation, Knife skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sushi preparation and presentation, excellent knife skills, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with the kitchen team, and maintain high levels of creativity and attention to detail in their work.
