Job Description:

As a leader in our organization, the Center Head is responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving growth.

  • Operations Management: Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the center, managing multiple tasks and teams with ease.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring faculty, counselors, and support staff, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions and meet sales targets, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Student & Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Promote the center through local campaigns and partnerships, increasing visibility and credibility.
  • Process & Compliance: Maintain academic quality, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred) with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Education/EdTech, preferably in a managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills Required: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and ability to drive sales and growth.
