  • The Packaging Coordinator supports production packaging operations under moderate supervision, focusing on process improvement and adherence to quality standards.
  • The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve packaging-related issues affecting productivity and safety.
  • The coordinator actively supports project improvement initiatives led by departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Coordinate returnable packaging programs, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and proper maintenance of packaging materials.">
  3. Support Document Management Systems (DMS) by maintaining accurate packaging attributes for material master updates.">
  4. Gather and input data into PDMS for inbound/outbound packaging specifications.">
  5. Assist with revision control for packaging processes and materials.">
  6. Perform packaging compliance audits and report violations using CQMS or through engagement with SQE and procurement.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competencies in collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, results delivery, accountability, self-development, and values diversity.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or Science required; Packaging diploma or post-graduate certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or packaging industry preferred.
  • Prior experience with document control systems, packaging audits, and returnable packaging programs is advantageous.
