Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration of Active Directory, File Servers, Web Servers (IIS, Apache, Nginx), and Application Servers.
  2. Database Server installation, troubleshooting, and backup (MS-SQL, MySQL).
  3. Setup and configuration of Windows, Linux, and Desktop systems.
  4. Installation and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux applications/software (VB, C#, .net etc.).
  5. Familiarity with Public cloud management (AWS, Azure).
  6. Virtual Hypervisor management (Hyper-V, Esxi).
  7. Virtual Machine/Server administration and backup.
  8. Troubleshooting basic server hardware and OS issues.
  9. Collaborate with management on patch deployment and server upgrades.
  10. Monitor and maintain server performance and availability, troubleshoot OS issues.
  11. Respond to escalated end-user issues from Desktop Support.
  12. Contribute to assigned IT projects.

Salary: $75,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
