Job Description

About our Gen AI development efforts and the skills required to thrive in this field.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative Gen AI applications, such as answering engines, extraction components, and content authoring. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge in developing RAG-based pipelines using frameworks like LangChain & LlamaIndex.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting and optimizing prompts using different strategies, including providing context and zero-shot techniques. You should also be skilled in creating prompts that efficiently guide LLMs to generate outputs meeting business requirements.

Additionally, you will need to have solid working knowledge of the engineering components essential in a Gen AI application, including Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding. Experience in scaling GenAI or similar applications to accommodate a high number of users, large data size, and reduce response time is also highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Python
  • AWS/Azure
  • Data Science
  • Gen AI tools (Azure Open AI, Langchain, vector DB)
  • Software Engineering
