Job Title: Space Planner

An experienced Interior Designer is needed to lead the design process, creating innovative solutions based on client feedback. To succeed, you must be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients and adapt your approach accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Create designs that meet client needs, owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout a project's lifecycle.
  • Oversee quality and accuracy of design deliverables, ensuring they meet high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree or relevant diploma, with at least 15 years of academic education.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years as an Interior Designer, leading and delivering residential projects.
  • Hold expertise in design tools, presentation software, and CAD.
  • Be proficient in conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Hold knowledge of civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.
  • Have excellent project management skills, including creating BoQs and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Possess strong sales skills, able to close deals through logical and trusted pitches, and drive design meetings with customers.
  • Exhibit behavioural attributes such as being result-oriented, team-oriented, having integrity and ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn.
