Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with artisan clusters on design development & product innovation.
  • Plan and execute festive & retail collections (sarees, kurta sets, dresses, co-ords, coats & blazers).
  • Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning.
  • Travel regularly to field sites, ensuring timely design interventions.
  • Bridge artisan craft skills with modern retail design needs.
Requirements:
  • NIFT graduate (Textile Design/Fashion Design/Apparel Production preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience (freshers with strong field interest can apply).
