About this key role:
We seek a seasoned Claims Expert to efficiently and accurately process cashless insurance claims, ensuring timely policyholder resolution and seamless insurer coordination.
The ideal candidate will manage cashless claims for employees, verify policy coverage, review medical records, coordinate with Insurers, and guarantee accurate claim processing.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to maintain precise records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
Key responsibilities include resolving discrepancies or issues that may arise during claim processing, providing customer service, responding to inquiries from employees regarding claim status, and collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in voice profile and cashless/TPA environments.
