Key to success in this role is overseeing the execution of civil works for a leading steel industry client.

A seasoned Civil Manager with expertise in greenfield projects and preferably in steel plant/iron making/rolling mill environments is sought after.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for all civil works.
  • Direct and supervise on-site civil construction activities ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems performing regular inspections and audits.
  • Enforce strict safety regulations conduct safety briefings and identify potential hazards.
  • Manage project budgets track expenses prepare cost reports and identify cost-saving measures.
  • Administer and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers monitoring performance and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records prepare regular reports and serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and regulatory bodies.
