Financial Integrity Leader at Amazon

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Mitigation Professional to join our team as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a program within Financial Integrity Trust (FIT), a team embedded within the Financial Risk Mitigation (FRM) organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience mitigating financial risk, stopping bad actors from profiting, and building tools and policies to control payment speed and disbursement. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to own and communicate strategic vision, updates, goals, policy changes and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
You will be working closely with product, tech, policy, legal, and finance stakeholders and partner teams to deliver results and execute multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously. You will also operate with a high degree of independence, requiring a curious, self-starting, fast learner who thrives in ambiguous, challenging spaces.
The successful candidate will set and achieve challenging goals to solve problems, drive efficiency improvements by eliminating non-value add processes and introducing automation to maximize impact. They will develop solutions that scale in a resource-constrained environment, proactively launch mechanisms and build processes that address future challenges, extensively build trust with cross-organizational stakeholders, and use data to influence without authority and drive consensus at all levels of an organization.
