About the Role

F335 Deutsche India Private Limited, Bangalore Branch seeks an experienced Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Treasury Operations organisation, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing Treasury Operations change initiatives, ensuring the smooth delivery of milestones and targeted benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all Treasury Operations Change initiatives, aligning with the Bank's strategy.
  • Management of the India Treasury Operations CTB team, who will report to you.
  • Presentation of multiple program statuses to senior stakeholders, including local and global Management.
  • Engagement with partners, including Treasury Markets, Liquidity Management, Technology partners, and other operational teams.
  • Project Management: Prepare Project Plans, managing risks and issues throughout to ensure smooth delivery of milestones.
  • Business analysis and BRD creation and execution for flagship programs and key Global Transformation projects.
  • Reviews to understand and identify optimal solutions to business issues that may arise.
  • Leading and managing project working groups and ad-hoc meetings to resolve issues and drive programs forward.
  • Inventory management of key program documentation, including SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Creation of strong business cases for future funding and prioritization within the annual Investment Governance process.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for strategy and change requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate-level education, e.g., a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 6 years as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the Back Office/Middle Office Operations space.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial services domain, ideally within FX or Cash Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of methodologies and tools, including Agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology and conceptualization/solution definition.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proven organizational and planning experience.
  • Proven experience in PowerPoint and Excel, and a track record of delivering complex business analysis in a Financial Services environment.
  • Knowledge of operational processes, risk factors, and IT infrastructure/solutions supporting daily Treasury operations.
  • Proven flexibility and leadership skills in dynamic environments, with the ability to support/direct teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
