Caregiver Advocate

The primary objective of this role is to provide patient care, conduct assessments, administer medications, and document relevant information. A collaborative approach with healthcare providers will be necessary to develop and implement patient care plans. Effective communication with patients and their families will also be crucial to ensure they understand treatment options and health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessing patients, developing care plans, and administering medications as required.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed about treatment options and health conditions.
- Accurately document patient information in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient care, assessment, and medication administration.
- Experience in documenting patient information and creating care plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
This full-time remote role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and collaboration.
