About the Role

The primary scope of this position is to support brand development initiatives across various solution areas within a portfolio of products. This role encompasses creative thinking, data analysis and executional support to drive business success.

  • Market Understanding: Familiarity with target audience, their triggers and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.
  • New Products Development (NPD): Assistance in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Support in managing all consumer touchpoints – social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Driving measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Market visits required to track offline business health metrics such as distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility and Planogramming.

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in handling business in Offline channel is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building a consumer brand.
