E-Commerce Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce application developer with expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce to design, build, and configure e-commerce applications that align with business processes and application requirements.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring delivery of optimized, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

  • Act as an SME in SAP Hybris Commerce, driving design and development of application solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Manage and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across different projects.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
