Creative Design Specialist

This role focuses on designing visual elements for various platforms to communicate brand messages effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Create visually appealing designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are consistent with the brand tonality.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
- Participate in client meetings and collaborate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
- Develop concepts that meet client needs by interpreting their business goals.
- Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
- Compile design briefs by conducting research.
- Generate new ideas and concepts through creative thinking.
- Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure delivery within scope.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
- Strong design and artistic abilities.
- Familiarity with software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
- Experience working with Beauty Brands is an advantage.
