Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of telecom engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and monitor telecom projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and oversight to the team, troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Chat Support Management: Oversee the chat support team to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Upselling: Utilize sales background to identify and pursue upselling opportunities, enhancing revenue by offering additional products or services that meet client needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
