Technical Lead - C++ and SQL Expert

We are seeking an exceptional technical leader with extensive experience in C++ programming and advanced SQL skills to drive our software development team forward. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, database design, and query optimization, along with a proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications using C++.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications that meet our clients' needs.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented C++ code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Implement effective SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure seamless interaction between applications and databases.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting high standards of code quality and best practices within the team.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize C++ code and SQL queries to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to enforce coding standards and maintain a high level of code quality within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, DevOps) to deliver integrated software solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company security standards and best practices in both code and database operations.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development activities to ensure smooth project execution.
