Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines and budget projections.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management software.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
