Clinical Research Administrator

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Administrator to manage the planning, implementation, and coordination of clinical research studies. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Study Coordination: Oversee all aspects of clinical research studies from initiation to closeout, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies.
- Participant Recruitment: Identify, screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants according to study protocols.
- Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent from participants and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and institutional policies.
- Study Visits: Schedule study visits, perform study assessments, and collect study data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with study participants, principal investigators, study sponsors, and other study team members.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to handle complex situations. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
