Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade Management: Lead the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA, guaranteeing minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration and Testing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs. Participate in end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials. Effectively communicate with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Culture Fit: Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams. Fluency in English.
