IT Solutions Architect

As an Enterprise Active Directory Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure Active Directory environments.

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for planning, designing, and deploying Active Directory installations across the organization.
• Oversee the execution of next-generation AD technologies and M365 services, including Intune, to drive business alignment and growth.
• Establish and maintain robust security architecture and strategies for authentication and authorization solutions.
• Design, deploy, and manage Intune related policies and features, including SCEP profiles, VPN, and WiFi profiles deployment.
• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects that address functional requirements of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system plans that align with strategic business objectives.

1. Accountable for all Enterprise AD and Azure AD environments hosted and maintained in our infrastructure.
2. Responsible for planning and designing of Active Directory installations across the organization.
3. Drive the execution of next-generation AD technologies, M365 services, Intune including owning overall roadmap.
4. Designing and deploying Intune related policies and features (which may also include SCEP profiles/VPN/WIFI profiles deployment).
5. Work closely with technology and business stakeholders across the organization.
6. Establish AD security architecture and strategies.
7. Securely manage authentication and authorization solutions for on-premise and cloud solutions.
8. Develop metrics that demonstrate current risk state, indicators of progress, and directory services business alignment.
9. Monitor technology and security developments to ensure our security framework follows industry best practices.
10. Participate in analysis, design and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services.
11. Perform capacity planning, upgrades and expansion of Active Directory environment.
12. Maintain effective communications with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects.
13. Collaborate with business partners and IT functional areas to prioritize projects, develop and implement system plans that address functional requirements of business, and adhere to established strategic business and systems objectives.

• Graduated with engineering degree, preferably in information technology, with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
• Should have very good general design and architecture knowledge.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and framework.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
• Demonstrates strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus.
• Advanced understanding of IAM solutions and related technologies including Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, group and role mapping, PKI, DNS, DHCP and GPO implementations.
• AD Migration projects hands-on experience.
• Good Knowledge on M365 services and Intune solutions.
• Should have hands-on experience in DR tests/gone through DR activity.
• Good to have experience in handling security/compliance Audits related to Active Directory.
• Project experience with AD migration activities and infra upgradation activities (OS upgrade, functional level upgrade).
