Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring top talent across multiple sectors, particularly in FMCG, CPG, IT, and GCC sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain and grow an active pipeline of candidates, keeping track of industry trends and talent pools.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to management.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on FMCG, CPG, IT, and GCC sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A strong understanding of industry trends, market knowledge, and competitive talent landscapes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding the best talent.
