  • Deliver meticulous and streamlined administrative service by performing loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Meticulously manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process and exhibit the ability to manage and accommodate change effectively.
  • Follow all policies outlined by the organization and organize/participate in divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely weekly/monthly reporting and liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Engage in both process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings while staying informed about industry updates.
  • Take full ownership of deliverables, collaborate effectively with the team, and consider the broader picture within the operational framework.
  • Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding and proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory)

Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.

Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation
