To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 55% marks in graduation and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification. Candidates must also have qualified the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes.

In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English, is also mandatory. Furthermore, all degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution.
