Pursuing a challenging role as a D365 POS Functional Consultant offers a dynamic opportunity for growth and development.

This exciting position requires leading functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live successfully.
  • Develop comprehensive functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment efficiently.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements accordingly.
  • Support data migration and testing activities throughout the project.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
