About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to create captivating digital and print designs. As a key team member, you will contribute to our organization's visual identity and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design Creation: Develop engaging graphics for various purposes, adhering to our branding guidelines. Ensure cohesive and professional visual identity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience. Collaborate to translate concepts into effective visual designs.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Communications Specialist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
