Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits and updates on top-selling Amazon product listings to ensure images are competitive against top Amazon competitors.
  • Perform competitor image research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's best practices, new trends, and platform updates to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Create high-quality images for Amazon A+ content that appeal to buyers.
  • Update Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and social media creatives according to seasonality to ensure our products remain relevant.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to make recommendations for enhancing image and infographic content.
  • Identify opportunities by keeping up with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist the team with various tasks as needed and take ownership of tasks to execute end-to-end.
  • Be available to work on tasks as required and in US time zones.
  • Have knowledge of product research and analysis.
  • Have expertise in clipping path, multi-clipping path, deep-etching, and image cutout.
  • Have experience with background removal or change, and transparent background.
  • Have skills in e-commerce image editing and Amazon, eBay product editing.
  • Have expertise in product photo editing, image editing, clean-up, and retouching.
  • Have knowledge of natural shadow, drop shadow, and reflection shadow.
  • Have expertise in jewelry retouch, clipping path, multiple clipping path, and jewelry remove reflection.
  • Have skills in high-end retouch and jewelry retouch.
  • Have expertise in image manipulation, enhancement, and apparel retouching.
  • Have knowledge of glamour retouch, portrait retouch, and beauty retouch.
  • Have expertise in color correction, color changing, and color adjustments.
  • Have skills in image resizing and image cropping.
  • Have expertise in photograph colorizing and color correction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Associate's, High School, or GED degree with two to four years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Experience with digital graphic operations creating deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with US-based teams over Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one workplace to another.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
