Business Development Role

As a skilled Business Development professional, you will be responsible for representing our agency in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats. You will need to have strong verbal communication and presence, social media awareness, and be comfortable on camera and in professional settings.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with selling instincts who can handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end. If you have experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, or sales, and an existing network in the brand or creator ecosystem, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site. In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline, while staying updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy.

This role requires a blend of communication, content, and strategy skills. You should be able to communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats, and build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners.

We are looking for someone who is a team player and can collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Rarekind in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats
  • Communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats
  • Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners
  • Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy
