Job Title:

  • Storage Professionals are sought to provide high-level support for Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS or MF DASD + TAPE) in a critical infrastructure environment.
  • Perform regular health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using documented procedures.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in a service management system.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under supervision.
  • Escalate to senior teams with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery drills to ensure platform readiness.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Display an ownership mindset and be prepared for 24x7 support and on-call duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Storage Administration (SAN, NAS, ECS).
  • Proficiency in ITIL Processes and Incident Management.
  • Familiarity with Dell EMC, Cisco, and other storage technologies.
  • Certifications in Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE Storage are preferred.
