Project Oversight Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, setting benchmarks for execution, and aligning resources to track progress and showcase the benefits of precast technology in various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To oversee precast projects and propose innovative construction methods as alternates in key ongoing and tender projects to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and enhance quality and safety.">
  • To build a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.">
  • To mobilize the workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning, and ramp up the precast setup quickly.">
  • To support in developing the overall capacity utilization of precast-related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.">
  • To manage and build a team of production and installation engineers, along with flying squads, to execute projects at various sites.">
  • To build cross-functional capability in the teams for infrastructure and building knowledge and know-how.">
  • To manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 20-25 years of work experience in the infrastructure industry, with expertise in construction methods and planning for precast construction.">
  • PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.">
  • B.E. – Civil Engineering qualification.">
