The Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant will play a key role in delivering managed services to our clients. This involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of technical solutions to meet clients' needs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle services or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules and functionalities
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Oracle databases
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
